In our initial consultation, we dive deep into your health history, explore what you eat and talk about all things related to your body.

We may request for pathology (aka blood tests) to see what's going on inside you.
At the end, you will receive a personalised treatment plan to help you feel and be your best!

During our follow up consultations we check in on your progress and modify anything that needs to be changed. We are passionate about your health journey and want to keep you motivated in your health journey.
