Get to know me!

You'll often find me in the gym! I love to lift weights and train hard. Movement is a massive part of my life and I am passionate about the connection between mental health and physical activity.

I am a qualified reformer and mat Pilates instructor, which I completed in 2021. Pilates brings a challenge to not only the body, but the mind. It is such a great activity and I couldn't recommend it more!

I LOVE to spend time with those closest to me. Catch me at the local cafe on the weekend ordering smashed avo (cause what else is there to order?) with a large almond cappuccino with honey.

Food is my one true love, and I get so much joy out of educating and helping people feel their best.
My top 3 health passions are:
1. Gut health
2. Women's health (all things menstrual cycle)
3. Energy

Without your health, you have nothing! It's important to look after yourself and fuel your body with all the good stuff.
